The Department of Culture, Hon. Reef City Council, through the Network of Municipal Libraries Reef and within its program Reading Promotion. In collaboration with the XXI International Congress of Oral Storytelling Festival Agüimes is planning the V Meeting of Oral Narration Reef, which will take place at the Children's Library on 17, 18 and February 19, 2011.
